The Annual General Meeting is followed by a half-length concert which will include a specially commissioned piece by the winner of the annual Richmond Concert Society Composition Award. This year the winner is Nicholas Gawley of the Royal Academy of Music; his composition is for wind quintet and is called Partita. The programme of music is played by Regent’s Winds, a wind quintet.
